Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner Electric BP9302-A6502-PIN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Willett parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the PC20N20B0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4010090101 manufactured by Willett and we are pleased to be able to service most Willett systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A203W0BABU by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Weg Brand SSW050085T2246EPZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wenglor such as XN96PAH3S76 equipment made by Wenglor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wenglor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wenglor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available K2G10230VBR08 made by Warner-Linear as well as the popular 13814001X02752302 original spares produced by Wilson-Manufacturer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1D0240100A02LN by Warner-Linear and XN96PAH3S76 spares by Wenglor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCG3800F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
